the team, and they helped me figure out a plan so that I was able to stay in our house. Chris has always been very responsive to my texts and/or phone calls when it comes to maintenance or how something works in the home. He has even helped me just by talking through whatever issue I was having. We fixed a garage door problem over the phone in about 5 minutes.
